Orders and shipping
We never see your orders. For payment, warehouse, QC or parcel questions, contact the agent you bought through: they are the seller of record and can act on it. See the Terms for why.
Link removals
Own a listing or a photo you want taken down? Send the Haulsheet link and proof of ownership and we will remove it, usually the same day.
Creators and partners
Creators can ask for a personal code and landing page. Agents wanting to be listed in the switcher can reach us the same way. Placement is never paid.
